We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $149 & charge a flat rate of $10 for orders under.
 
Please allow 1- 3 days of for your order to be packed and processed.
Once your order has been dispatched it will arrive between 2 and 5 business days around Australia.
We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

 

REFUNDS 

At Niyyah Boutique, your satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in the quality of our garments and want you to feel confident with every purchase. Please read our policy below before requesting a return or exchange.

You can return full price unused and unworn items that are in its original condition within 7 days of product arrival. You will need to notify us within those 7 days.

All NIYYAH scarves and khimars fall under the category of 'headwear' and cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.

There are NO exchange or refunds of items bought at any of our pop up stalls or events. 

There are NO exchange or refunds for items bought during times we donate profits to charity organisations. 

There are NO exchange or refunds change of mind  items.

This includes:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change in preference
  • No longer wanting the item.
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Not liking the colour or style after purchase.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing guides, and images carefully before placing an order.

Please note the costs of return and exchange packages are the customers responsibility. Please contact us before returning or exchanging a product.
